An Artful Encounter with Bettina Byrd-Giles

Join us for an artful encounter and conversation featuring Bettina Byrd-Giles, the current Birmingham Museum of Art exhibition inspired by their Nappy Roots! event, and Kerry James Marshall’s School of Beauty, School of Culture.
All participants should proceed to the Members Room (located on the same floor as the cafe and gift shop) when they arrive. All are welcome to arrive anytime between 2:15-2:30. Participants will receive instructions for an art viewing exercise that will last about 15 minutes. Then we will all gather in the Members Room at 2:45 p.m.
Registration required. Cost is $10 and includes:
